Terms and conditions regarding refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
You will not be eligible for refunds if you have been banned or violated the terms of use / server rules.
In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if ZerionConquer staff determines that you are abusing the refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
To place a refund for an order you have made via our website, contact ZerionConquer staff members via email at:

Important Requirements
- The order must have been made within the last 48 hours.
- The purchased funds (CPs/Items) must still be in the account and unused.
Disputes and Consequences
If your case doesn't meet the requirements listed above, you are not able to ask for a refund.
Warning: Disputing any refund case without meeting these requirements will cause a permanent ban to your account. Your agreement to this policy will be used against you to close and end the case in our behalf.
Processing Time & Exclusions
- ZerionConquer will review your request and will generally notify you via email of the results within 3~4 business days.
- BitCoin payments and Mobile Payments are non-refundable.
